Bard’s commitment to service began early—selling produce along the Jersey Shore. That people-first mindset has carried through a dynamic hospitality, logistics, and leadership career. With over 20 years in hospitality, Bard held leadership roles at brands like Stouffer Hotels, DoubleTree, Marriott–Host International, and Applebee’s. He managed the original Plaza III Steakhouse in Kansas City. He later owned and operated its Jacksonville location at the Hyatt Regency (2004–2009), earning a reputation for excellence and guest-focused experiences. A graduate of Paul Smith’s College and Jacksonville University, Bard also spent 30+ years in the railroad industry, sharpening his operations and service delivery skills. Now rooted in Jacksonville since 1994, Bard founded MuvOn Transportation to offer luxury transportation and concierge services with a personal touch. For him, every journey is about more than just the ride, making every moment count.
